Guitars for Vets (G4V)

We are proud to partner with Guitars for Vets (G4V) to support veterans across the CSRA. This life-changing program is designed for veterans living with combat-related PTSD, disabilities, or other service-connected mental health challenges.

Participants are referred and vetted through our Veterans Affairs and Vet Center partners before being officially slotted into the program.

Each veteran receives 12 weeks of individualized instruction, with one-hour sessions held every Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at our Lodge. Upon graduation, veterans are awarded a brand-new acoustic guitar and a full accessory kit—free of charge. Always!

Beyond learning to play, G4V fosters healing through music, camaraderie, and the power of shared experience. It’s more than a lesson—it’s a path to wellness through community and creativity.
